when network driver is demanded by Windows,
Shift + F10 (opens Command Prompt) ; type =
OOBE\BYPASSNRO
The PC will reboot back to OOBE. Now you’ll see “I don’t have internet” → choose Continue with limited setup.
Finish setup with a local account. Once you reach the desktop, install wifi driver mb_driver_830_dchsetup_23.130.0.6.exe
and then use GCC to install all drivers.
